Prices

Prices include VAT where VAT applies.

Postage, where it applies, is shown before you pay.

Ordering

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If something is out of stock or priced wrongly, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Physical items are sent to UK addresses only. Postage is charged per order, at the highest rate of any single item in your basket. Delivery times are estimates, not promises.

Cancelling an order

For physical items you may cancel within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, and return them for a refund. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or not as described. Items must be returned in the condition you received them.

This does not affect your rights if something is faulty.

If something is wrong

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
